RESORT POLICY
Minimize uncertainties by thoroughly reviewing these crucial details about our resort.
Property Information:
- Casa Maniego, while not directly on the beachfront, is conveniently located just a 3–5-minute walk from Liwliwa Beach
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Cabañas. Smoking is only permitted in the Alfresco Dining. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the provided ashtray
- Entertainment in mixed company or private visits from unregistered persons on the property is not permitted.
- The resort gates close at 10 pm. Guests are advised to arrive before the designated time.
- Inclusive amenities for each Cabaña cater to a maximum of 4 pax and include a bathroom kit consisting of toothbrushes, bath gel, shampoo with conditioner, lotion, soap, tissues, and towels. Any additional items will be subject to an extra charge.
- Power outages are frequent in Zambales. We have a standby generator to supply Wi-Fi, fans, and lights during brownouts. Please be extra mindful of your electricity usage during these times.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
- Reservations are primarily facilitated through our official website's booking platform. Alternatively, reservations can be made by sending a direct message to our official Facebook or Instagram account, providing the necessary details.
- To confirm your reservation an initial payment of at least 50% of the total price is required in advance. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 3 days before your scheduled check-in date.
- Payments can be conveniently made through Bank Transfer or Gcash only.
- Failure to fulfill the payment requirement may result in the forfeiture of reservation fees and automatic cancellation. Kindly ensure timely payment to avoid any inconvenience.
- Rates are subject to change at any time, particularly during holidays and weekends.
- Guests must be at least 18yo to make a reservation. Minors must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Once a reservation is confirmed, it is generally non-refundable, except in cases of cancellation caused by Acts of God or government restrictions.
- Rebooking is allowed free of charge if requested at least 15 days prior to the scheduled date.
- Failure to show up on the arrival date may result in the forfeiture of the reservation fees, and guests may not be permitted to rebook their stay at the discretion of the management.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in Procedures:
- Check-in time is at 2:00 pm; early check-in is subject to room availability.
- Upon arrival, Casa personnel will assist guests by providing necessary guidance and verification of identification. Please note that carrying guests' belongings is not permitted due to safety regulations.
- For security purposes, a PHP 2,000 security deposit per Cabaña or PHP 5,000 for exclusive bookings is required.
- After the verification process and orientation on house rules, guests will be guided to their designated rooms for a seamless check-in process.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before check-in for a brief tour ensuring Casa's optimal condition.
Check-out Procedures:
- Check-out time is at 11:00 am; late check-out may be accommodated based on room availability, subject to additional charges.
- Guests are advised that the resort reserves the right to take custody of personal belongings if the check-out time is unreasonably exceeded.
- Please allow for a 15-minute pre-checkout inspection to facilitate a smooth departure and identify any damages.
- Damages or missing items will be charged to the guest's account accordingly.
- The security deposit will be refunded upon check-out if no additional charges have been incurred, completing a smooth departure process.
Safety:
- Guests are expected to diligently observe and adhere to all rules and safety precautions established by the resort management, both within the premises and the El Zamba Community
- Compliance with the current health protocols mandated by the Philippine government is mandatory for all guests to reduce the risk of disease transmission.
- It is important to note that the beach is known to have large and strong waves. Please be aware of this potential risk and take appropriate measures to ensure your safety while enjoying the beach. The resort provides a lifeguard on duty for added safety and assistance.
- The beach is open to public only until 6pm
Parking:
- Limited car parking is available with a maximum of 1 car per Cabana or 4-5 cars for exclusive bookings, ensuring convenience for our guests.
- For additional parking needs, pay parking is available just a 3-minute walk away at P100 per car for the whole day.
- Guests to securely lock and properly park their vehicles. The resort cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or personal belongings left inside the vehicles while parked on the premises.
Guest Responsibilities:
- Guests are kindly requested to use the resort equipment and facilities with utmost care. Any damage caused by the fault or negligence of the guests will be charged to their account and deducted from the security deposit. If the damage exceeds the security deposit, the remaining amount will be collected upon checkout.
- Please ensure lights, air conditioning and any electronics are turned off when not in the house.
- Please use the provided bin for disposing of toilet paper and sanitary items, avoiding the flushing of any items into the toilet.
- Kindly avoid bringing towels from Casa; please use your personal towel.
- Guests are encouraged to report any maintenance issues, damage, or concerns to the resort staffpromptly.
- We kindly request all guests to be considerate and respectful towards fellow guests and maintain a harmonious atmosphere throughout their stay. Additionally, it will not be tolerated to engage in harmful or offensive behavior towards staff, as we value and prioritize the well-being of our team.
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb the peaceful environment of the villa and the comfort of other guests. Loud noises, unruly behavior, or any actions that may cause disturbance or inconvenience to others are strictly prohibited. We kindly ask guests to minimize noise between the hours of 11:00 pm and 7:00 am
- The resort reserves the right to request guests and/or third parties to vacate the premises or leave the resort if they do not adhere to any article of the resort's internal rules or behave improperly, as determined by the resort management.
- While the resort will make reasonable efforts to locate and return any lost items to their rightful owners, guests are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. The resort shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the stay.
- Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their room keys during their stay. In the event of lost or misplaced keys, a lock replacement fee will be charged to the guest's account.
- Always lock the door when leaving the resort
Kitchen and BBQ area Rules:
- Guests are welcome to bring outside food and drinks onto the resort premises and utilize the common dining area.
- The shared kitchen provides essential cooking facilities and utensils for guest use, along with a cooler and a drinking water station for convenience.
- Guests are welcome to use the designated grilling station and BBQ area within the shared kitchen, free of charge. However, please note that charcoal for grilling is not provided; nearby local vendors offer it for purchase.
- Exclusive bookings grant access to the Main Kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, other appliances, and cooking facilities.
- While basic cooking utensils are available in the shared and main kitchens, tableware such as table utensils is not provided.
- Casa Central offers guests a private complete kitchen and dining area equipped with cooking facilities, utensils, and tableware set for 6 people.
- Clean as you go. Please take the time to wash any dishes and throw out rubbish before checkout.
- Please ensure the BBQ grilling area is entirely extinguished and is cleaned after each use.
Pool Rules:
- Appropriate swimwear is mandatory for pool use.
- The pool is open daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
- Please be aware that there is no lifeguard on duty. Exercise caution at all times to ensure safety.
- Prior to entering the pool, all guests must shower.
- Consuming food or drinks is prohibited in the pool area.
- Glassware and bottles are not allowed in the pool area.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the pool area.
- Running, jumping, and diving are not permitted.
- No Pets: Animals are not allowed in the pool area.
- It is mandatory to supervise children at all times.

Pets:
- Small breed pets are permitted within the resort premises.
- Each cabaña allows for one pet only.
- We kindly request that all furry companions wear diapers while indoors and refrain from accessing the beds.
- Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly. This policy is in place to ensure cleanliness and hygiene for the comfort of all guests.
Security
- The resort implements a comprehensive CCTV surveillance system to enhance the security and monitoring of the premises.
- The resort maintains 24/7 security patrols throughout the compound to ensure a safe environment.
- The resort maintains a strict visitor policy, and only registered guests are allowed to stay. Unauthorized visitors may be asked to leave the premises.
- The resort strictly prohibits the possession or bringing of fireworks, firearms, and any other deadly weapons.
- Guests should report any suspicious or illegal activities to resort staff or security personnel, as the resort cooperates with local authorities to address such incidents.
Disclaimers:
- While we aim to keep amenities functional, we're not liable for any failures during your stay. We'll promptly address any issues to minimize inconvenience and enhance your experience.
- The resort shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred by guests during their stay, including but not limited to those arising from the use of facilities, participation in activities, or natural disasters. Guests are responsible for their personal safety and should always exercise caution.
Emergency Healthline:
- In the event of medical emergencies requiring immediate attention, guests may seek assistance from the resort staff that can assist in arranging transportation to the nearest clinic or hospital. However, please note that any expenses incurred in relation to medical treatment or transportation will be the responsibility of the guests.

Force Majeure:
- The resort shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
Privacy and Data Protection:
- The resort is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of its guests. Any personal information provided during the reservation process will be securely stored and used solely for the purpose of the reservation and communication with the guest.
- The resort will not disclose any personal information to third parties unless required by law or with the guest's consent.
Amendments to Policy:
- The resort reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes in advance.
