House Rules

Checkout before 12:00 pm

  • 7 guests maximum per Cabaña.
  • No unregistered visitors allowed in rooms or premises.
  • Inclusive amenities for each Cabaña cater to a maximum of 4 pax. Any additional items will be subject to an extra charge.
  • Small breed pets are welcome in the resort but must wear diapers indoors and refrain from accessing beds. Each Cabaña allows one pet for free. Additional pet charge is PHP 350, maximum of 2 pets per cabana.
  • No smoking is allowed inside the Cabañas. Smoking is only permitted in the Alfresco Dining. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the provided ashtray.
  • Food is not allowed inside the Cabañas (except Cabaña Central Dining area)
  • Please use the provided bin for disposing of toilet paper and sanitary items, avoiding the flushing of any items into the toilet
  • Clean as you go. Please take the time to wash any dishes and throw out rubbish before checkout.
  • Please ensure the BBQ area is cleaned after each use. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if it is not clean. Ensure the campfire is entirely extinguished before leaving it
  • Please ensure lights, air conditioning and any electronics are turned off when not in the house.
  • Guests are kindly requested to use resort equipment and facilities with utmost care, reporting any damage or breakages promptly; damages surpassing the security deposit amount must be covered by guests.
  • The Liwliwa beach, just a 3–5-minute walk away, is open to the public until 6 pm. Kindly avoid bringing towels from Casa; please use your personal towel. Guests are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. Always lock the door when leaving the resort
  • Minimize the noise from 11:00pm to 7:00 am
  • Please follow the pool rules posted in the designated area for a safe experience.
  • Most of all, have fun and enjoy your stay!
